TARCC: Collaborating on Alzheimer's Research |

Six of the state’s top medical research institutions are members of the Texas Alzheimer’s Research and Care Consortium (TARCC). They are Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth and Texas A&M Health Science Center. These institutions are advancing Texas’ position as a global leader in Alzheimer’s disease research.
All six TARCC institutions are collaborating on state-funded Alzheimer's research and contributing genetic and blood biomarker data to a shared Texas Alzheimer's DataBank. To find out more about Alzheimer's research at individual Consortium institutions, click on the website links provided below.
